This article talks about the Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), the author James Tighe, make a guide very complete about this disorder. Everyone had some ritual or a big worry for something, but if this worry grow and change the life style, can be a OCD. The principal symptoms are the obsessions ( in differents areas) and the compulsions ( this means that the person can't control some actions).
This problem starts with a huge preocupation for everything, that often cause anxiety. For that a good measure is parctising relaxation and try to control the kind of thoughts. This can be useful for some people, but other must to go to a specialist.
In the end of the article talk about the kind of treatment that exist for persons who suffers OCD, that include medication and therapy.
